Fog Cast
A series of late-night, deep listening soundtracks hosted by Robin The Fog. Tonight, we celebrate the release of 'Diversed Tapes', a double album retrospective of the pioneering artist, composer and choreographer Ernest Berk. One of the earliest and most prolific composers of electronic music in Britain, but also one of the least renown, a situation not helped by much of his extensive archive being considered lost forever after the tragic collapse of the Cologne Archives in 2009. We open and close with two of his extended 1960s works, 'Totentanz (Von Basel), Op. 161' and 'Sychrome, Op. 120' respectively. In between we head across the Atlantic for Pauline Oliveros' classic 'Big Mother is Watching You' from 1966. Come drift into the night with us... Further details at: robinthefog.com.
